TTIC54: The Raven
This week Rebecca chose our challenge and she has chosen a very original and very fun challenge for us this week.
Our challenge is to focus on Quileute legends! How cool is that? One of the legends she mentioned in her post was the Raven. You can read more about the Raven here. The Raven is a legend about a trickester who sometimes helps the tribe but also gets into a lot of trouble.
Well… this led me to focus on three people in the books: Emmett, Embry and Quil. We all know Emmett is the definite joker of the Cullen clan. He can be very helpful but he spends a lot of time creating havoc and a lot of laughs. Embry and Quil seem to be the same way. They both are Jake’s side kicks but they go out of their way to give Jake grief too. So here is what I came up with:
Isn’t this digi stamp from the Greeting Farm AWESOME? These were briefly available from the Greeting Farm this weekend and I couldn’t resist. So this is little guy could really double as any of the three lovely lads I mentioned above because of the way I colored him. With his black hair depending on your frame of mind he could be either or all. (I know Emmett technically doesn’t have black hair just dark hair but the black worked and sort of reminds my of Kellen…)

WOW! I love how you colored Emmett. I have been having issues getting his color right! The pp is beautiful! Will you please do a tutorial on coloring the skin? I think we use the same color, but yours is so much nicer than what is happening on my end! HELP!!!

I’m working on the tutorials. I’m soooo slow to get these done because I tend to go into teacher mode and over analyze, lol. But I promise I’m working on it.
