This week Dani chose a fantastic challenge: Motorcycles and Friendship!
Dani writes…. ” Have you ever worked with someone and an unexpected friendship developed? In New Moon by Stephanie Meyer we watch a friendship bloom between Bella and Jacob as they rebuild a pair of old motorcycles. I love seeing them change from good acquaintances to having a deep, loving friendship.
I also love hearing about the motorcycles! There is just something about them. While the Cullens have their fast cars, Bella and Jacob had their motorcycles!”
Now For The Challenge Of The Week:
Challenge Portion: I am going to do something a bit different today. You can choose between these 2 challenges:
1. Make a project involving motorcycles.

2. Make a project that you work on with a friend.

2. Tell us about a friendship of yours that came from working together.
Well… I sort of put this one off for a while and then all the sudden inspiration hit like a frieght train. I was digging through my stamps and saw this stamp from Unity that was PERFECT for a motorcycle card.
So as I was looking up motorcycle clip art I stumbled upon a bunch of Harley Davidison logo and thought the orange, black and white would be perfect so voila!
This is what I came up with. This is one of those cards that just sort of fell together in a sort of surprisingly perfect way. I would never in a million years have thought I would love orange and black together in a non Halloween card but I really do like it here.
Now I don’t really have any motorcycle experiences so… a friendship I’ve gained from working with someone… Well I’d have to say of late my closest friend that I’ve made from working with someone is Tonya. We’ve been working very hard together on TTIC and Wild Flower Kids stamps and even when we don’t agree she’s still the first person I want to tell when something good happens and the first shoulder I want to cry on when something frustrates me to tears.
