Happy Birthday Little Man

Today my son is 3. Three years seems like a lifetime since the day he was born. It’s always a bit of a shock to look back on that day. At this very moment on that day we were off school with 8 inches of snow (thank goodness we don’t have that right now). I was headed in for a check up at 33 weeks. In 6 hours my little man would be born and struggling to survive. Today he’s running around like a little crazy wild man. I couldn’t be more thankful or more blessed.

Mr. B I hope you love your birthday. You sure were happy about it this morning when I asked you how old you were and you proudly exclaimed FREE and held up an odd assortment of fingers. You make me smile and laugh every single day with your silly stories, crazy climbing (okay, this isn’t always funny), and your infectious laugh. I can’t imagine one single day without you.

So to honor your birthday I made a special digital stamp just for you and I thought I’d share it with everyone so that everyone else who has a little boy that loves trains as much as you can enjoy it. :D I love you little man!

Train Digital Stamp

(To download click the image and it will take you to the full size version. From there just right click and save to your computer.)

Here’s the card I made for him using that image:

I hate to say that I threw this together kind of hastily but I did. I colored the stamp using Copics and used two different Martha Stewart train punches as accents.

Here’s a detail of the coloring.

I’m off to spend time with the family tonight and celebrate! I hope everyone has a great evening. :D
