Sassy Cassie

Whew, I’m back from a Christmas adventure, lol. We had quite the week this week!! But I’ll post more about that later, I’ve still got pictures to download and upload.

Tonight I’ve got a card to share that I made recently for a friend using Sassy Cassie from Sassy Studio Designs. It’s another easel card… those are quite addicting.

I love this image! Isn’t she such a diva? She’s perfect for a friend of mine who is a bit of a diva herself. :D

Cassie is colored with Copics (I have no idea what numbers… I just started coloring and forgot to write them down, lol.) I started out with some plain purple and brown cardstock and used my Swiss Dot Cuttlebug folder to emboss the background pieces. Next I sponged the edges with Walnut Distress Ink. I added some layered ribbon, some Cinnamon Stickles and a PTI Vintage Button.

The inside is decorated simply with ribbon, another PTI Vintage Button and a floral MS edge punch. By the way I just returned from Michael’s and saw all the new Spring punchs from Martha! OMG, I need to find myself some coupons… WOWSA!!!

I hope everyone is having wonderful holidays and enjoying breaks if you are getting them! I know I am!! I hope to be back tomorrow with something new. :D
