Hey everyone! It’s a Wild Flower Kids Release Day!! I’m so excited. This is the first release with the new WFP design team and I have to tell you they have all just rocked my socks off!! Today we are release two new images and one new sentiments set. Up for grabs we have Valentine Sage, Heart Fairy Daisy, Valentine Lily (previously released) and the Heartbreaker Sentiments.
First up I have for you Heart Fairy Daisy. I just love how she turned out! She’s perfect for Valentine’s day or any girlie card really!
For my card today I went back to my Pink Paisley designer paper and back to my Prismacolor pencils. It’s been a long time since I’ve played with those but watching all the gorgeous things Donna and Jacquie have been creating gave me the itch… I’m a little rusty, lol.
I also used this weeks Mercy’s Tuesday Sketch for some inspiration.
I went a little nuts with the distressing on this. I sponged the edges of the paper with Distress Ink in Frayed Burlap and then ran scissors around the edge to rough everything up.
Now, I’m off to run my son to the doctor, we were up all night with ear pain. I’ll be back later with a sample using Valentine Sage!!
