TTIC #10 – which Twilight character are you?

Well it appears that my obsessive Twilight nature has paid off!! I’ve been added to the Twilight Tuesday Design Team!!! Here are all the design team members:

Beth ~ Danielle ~ Eve ~ Julie ~ Margie ~ Rebecca ~ Tonya

Please make sure to stop by and visit their blogs. They make loads of great crafty things. If you would like to play along stop by Tonya’s blog to find the rules for participation – anyone who’s crafty can participate, you don’t have to be just a scrapper…..I mean, they let me play!!!

So on to the challenge. This week’s challenge was to find out Which Female Twilight Character you are and make something that represents that character. Having taken this quiz a couple of times I knew who I would be…. Bella. I mean seriously, do you know me? Sure enough when I took it again… Bella.

I'm a Bella! I found out through TwilightersAnonymous.com. Which Twilight Female Are You? Take the quiz and find out!

Since I knew that in advance I had Mary Ann make me a special tag that would be perfect for this challenge! I chose to work with a quote that is one of my favorites from New Moon:

“I bet she’s tougher than that. She runs with vampires.”
Embry Call, New Moon, Chapter 14, p.329

Keeping with the things I like about Bella’s character – she’s strong, grounded, complex yet simple I chose to work with black Czech glass beads and sterling silver wire, to that I added 4 sections of matte black seed beads and a chain to finish the back. The pendant is a sterling silver washer hand-stamped with the phrase “runs with vampires” with a red Czech glass heart hanging from the center. This necklace measures 18.5″ with a 2″ extension chain.

Now some of you may be asking what I plan on doing with this. Well, it may already be spoken for but if it’s not I’ll be listing it in my Etsy store and I’ll let you know as soon as I do.

Please stop by and see the other girls creations! If you feel at all inspired to create something PLEASE JOIN US!!! Post about it on your blog and leave a comment with a link over at Tonya’s blog so we know you participated and we’ll all stop by and say hi! If you don’t want to make something check over there anyway because there is a comment portion to every challenge and once a month one of the design team members will be giving away a little surprise!

  1. Julie – it’s only slightly cheesy. :) But I still love it. :D

    Dani – Thanks!

Amy – I’m really kind of happy I’m a Bella, I think the only other one I’d want to be is Esme, lol.

Momof3crazykids – I’m hoping to make another for eBay or Etsy. And if I can get more tags I can make more than one.

Kirsten – You make me laugh out loud. Is fantastical a word?

    Eve – THANKS!!!

Beth – You have to tell me what OMLV means. I’ve been trying to figure it out for the last two days.

    Margie – Thanks!

Rebecca – I have been dying to make this necklace for a while. I’m glad the challenge worked out this way!

Debbie – the washers are great! I love working with them.

Tonya – vampires and classy in the same sentence, only in Twilight…
