TTIC #21, Renee (Mom’s)
This weeks TTIC project was chosen by Margie. She’s chosen to highlight the character of Renee, Bella’s mom. This week we are supposed to:
Craft Portion: Create a Twilight project dedicate to “The Mom” in your life!
When I started this bracelet I knew I had these beads in my stash that related to all the jobs a mom has: to love, to inspire, to laugh, to dream and encourage dreams, to foster imagination, and above all to teach their kids how to live. As I laid them out I wasn’t sure how I wanted to move on and then I spotted my bag of freshwater pearls and this design began to blossom. The seven word beads are separated by clusters of 7mm freshwater pearls and gorgeous Swarovski crystal disks. The finished bracelet measures 7.5 inches, the charms are hand wrapped to a sterling silver double curb chain and the bracelet is finished with a fun floral toggle clasp.
Each charm reads:
Love ~ Inspire ~ Laugh ~ Dream ~ Imagine ~ Live ~ Mom

Now you might be wondering where my design from last week is. Well lets just say it bombed. Hardcore. So I’m going to let it simmer for a bit before I post it. I started a painting for it but the watercolor paper I was using had some serious issues and two hours of work was wasted because the paper started coming apart. I about cried. Seriously. So instead I have a new blog header design and forum header design for the TwilighTuesday.com blog and forum to show you… head over and check it out.
