New Critters are Dancing Around Today!

I’ve got two posts today! My Oh, Alice! post is just below this one!

It’s release day over on the Farm and there are TONS of cool things to introduce today! First we have ROLL CALL that is available for $48, and includes TEN sprouts plus sentiments.   The normal cost of this would be over $90…so it’s a HUGE deal!  This is a large, limited edition set that comes on a 8 1/2 x11 sheet of untrimmed rubber, similar to your regular TGF stamp sets!! You better hurry… I heard word that they will possibly SELL OUT!!! Roll call will be available (along with NEW digis by artists Jessica Hymas and Marina Neira) at the TGF Store!

Now we are hopping around today so you will want to start at Amber’s blog if you just got here because you could win these fantastic little critters if you hop all the way through leaving a comment at each stop along the way and guess what!! You have a chance to win at EACH stop… that’s right we are giving away a set at EACH stop!! If you are already on the hop then you should be getting here from Jami’s AWESOME blog!! :D

Today I’ve got a sample of one of the new Marina Neira digis… Irvin Sax! Isn’t he the most adorably nerdy little awesome owl. I just LOVE him.

I colored Irvin with Copics and then added a little shine to his glasses with Glossy Accents layered over Versamark Pen to seal the printer ink and keep it from running under the Glossy Accents.

I printed Irvin on PTI white cardstock and for the rest of the card I used a SFYTT sketch to start my card and used October Afternoon Thrift Shop paper as a background. I added a bit of Bazzill black and cream along with a Martha Stewart border punch to add a bit of something extra. I used the “This on is for YOU!” sentiment from the Spotlight Kit and cut it out with my circle Nesties and sponged it while it was still in the die with Tim Holtz Vintage Linen Distress Ink.

Now it’s time to head on over to check out Sandra’s AMAZING creation!!

Here’s the full hop list if you’d like to hop in your own order. :D

Thanks for stopping by today! I’ll be back Monday with a fun sneak peak at a new stamp line and if I get some sleep and some extra time I may have a new Puddle Jumper card for you tomorrow! Have a great weekend!!

TBD Challenge 2: Burton Girls

My Mercy Tuesday Sketch Challenge is just below this one!

It’s time for another installment of the Burtonesque Dolls!! I am soooo loving this group. It’s been really fun to push myself into a different style and I really really love it.

Our 2nd challenge is : Burton Chicks. Really simple; create a card, page layout, or project with a doll, heroine, or chick that you know would belong in a Tim Burton film! Make her crazy, fun, cute, wild, but most importantly make her suitable for a Burton film!

And guess what??!!?? I’m sponsoring this week! WooHoo!!! The winner of this week’s challenge gets their choice of 5 digis from the Wild Flower Patch store!

Now here’s my project. I used Alice from the new All Grown Up line. These new images are a little edgier and perfect for projects for Tweens on up. :D
