deconstructed sketch no. 143

Sketch Guidelines:

Are you ready for Deconstructed Sketch 143? I hope you like it! Here’s the scoop on what you need to do:

1. Use the sketch up top to make a project, any kind you like using any image you like. Use the sketch to inspire your own creativity. Feel free to substitute shapes for what you have available and mount tags and circles to a card base if you’d prefer.

2. Post it somewhere on the internet (your blog, SCS, Flickr, etc). Use keyword DS143 if you post to an online gallery like Splitcoaststampers.

3. Link back here to Inlinkz at the bottom of the post so we can see your project. :)

4. There is no time limit to enter this week so please join us if you can!

Love You by Jen Shults using DS143

For my sample I pulled out a few of my favorite Taylored Expressions stamps and dies. I’ve always loved this file folder die and don’t use it nearly enough. I also pulled out what may be my most favorite stamps set ever – Doodle Notes. I stamped the file folder with a bunch of the stamps from Doodle Notes. I have to confess MANY of my file folders at work look like this. I spend many of my meeting hours doodling all over everything, lol. The paper I used if from Simple Stories A Charmed Life 6×6 paper pad. I also added a little banner using Banner Stacklets 1 along with a green button and a bit of twine. The dots are Doodlebug Sprinkles in Bumblebee.
