Are you ready for Deconstructed Sketch 159? I hope you like it! Here’s the scoop on what you need to do:

1. Use the sketch up top to make a project, any kind you like using any image you like. Use the sketch to inspire your own creativity. Feel free to substitute shapes for what you have available and mount tags and circles to a card base if you’d prefer.

2. Post it somewhere on the internet (your personal blog, SplitcoaststampersFlickrPinterest, etc). Use keyword DS159.

3. Link back here to Inlinkz at the bottom of the post so we can see your project. :)

4. There is no time limit to enter this week so please join us if you can!

Happy Place by Jen Shults using DS159 and stamps and dies from Verve stamps

Phew! It’s been a busy week around here!! I can’t remember the last time I’ve posted this much in one week! I hope you guys aren’t sick of me. I’m back today with another Deconstructed Sketch. My card today uses some of the new stamps being release tomorrow by Verve.

My card started off clean and simple with that white background but quickly morphed into a busier creation as I worked. I do really like how it turned out though. I’m so happy with how the color scheme went together – I just sort of went about my usual process of grabbing papers and hoping they worked well together.
