Are you ready for Deconstructed Sketch 161? I hope you like it! Here’s the scoop on what you need to do:
1. Use the sketch up top to make a project, any kind you like using any image you like. Use the sketch to inspire your own creativity. Feel free to substitute shapes for what you have available and mount tags and circles to a card base if you’d prefer.
2. Post it somewhere on the internet (your personal blog, Splitcoaststampers, Flickr, Pinterest, etc). Use keyword DS161.
3. Link back here to Inlinkz at the bottom of the post so we can see your project.
4. There is no time limit to enter this week so please join us if you can!
For my card today I used some new dies I ordered from MFT. I have been holding out on buying the BluePrints for awhile, not because they aren’t awesome… just because I have so many dies that I wasn’t sure I would truly use them but Blueprints 13 and 14 have been calling my name for a while so I ordered them last week. I used 13 for my card today. I paired them up with the MFT color palette challenge and Simply Fabulous Sayings.
Card Supplies:
Stamps: Simply Fabulous Sayings (MFT)
Paper: White (PTI), Sno Cone, Blu Raspberry, Tangy Orange (MFT), Yellow (Bazzill)
Ink: Blu Raspberry Die Ink (MFT), Black Hybrid Ink (MFT)
Accessories: Blueprints 13 (MFT), Pierced Circle STAX (MFT), Tag Me die (Reverse Confetti), Tiny Twinkles (Taylored Expressions), Twine (May Arts), foam tape (Taylored Expressions), Glossy Accents (Ranger)
