Deconstructed Sketch No. 51

Wow, this week has FLOWN by! But I have to say I am pretty good with that because as of today there are 7 days of school left… WOOHOO! Now, I’m use you all want me to get on with announcing our winner so I won’t make you wait! Our winner of the FABULOUS Ribbon Carousel Kit Subscription is… Sally! Congratulations Sally! Please email me at jenevey at gmail dot com and I’ll let you know how to claim your prize. 🙂

Now here is DS51!

And here is my take on it:

I’ve been on a HUGE clean and simple card kick the last few nights and this is another one to add to the bunch. For my card I decided to shrink the top panel of the sketch to fit the Prima flower I had on hand. The paper is from MME’s Lost and Found Breeze 6×6 pad. The sentiment is from Paper Smooches and embossed with white embossing powder. I had a bit of trouble getting this to emboss evenly but it turned out okay. That white embossing powder wanted to stick to EVERYTHING, lol.

And now here is our first card from our brand new and FANTASTIC guest designer Judy Rozema.
