Deconstructed Sketch No. 171
Are you ready for Deconstructed Sketch 171? I hope you like it! Here’s the scoop on what you need to do:
1. Use the sketch up top to make a project, any kind you like using any image you like. Use the sketch to inspire your own creativity. Feel free to substitute shapes for what you have available and mount tags and circles to a card base if you’d prefer.
2. Post it somewhere on the internet (your personal blog, Splitcoaststampers, Flickr, Pinterest, etc). Use keyword DS171.
3. Link back here to Inlinkz at the bottom of the post.
I am always needing to add more masculine thank you cards to my stash and so today I put together a masculine color scheme.
For my sample I started with Toffee cardstock from Taylored Expressions and made a 5.25″x5.25″ cardbase. Next I used Pumpkin cardstock embossed with the Zig Zag embossing folder. For the other flat panels I used Salt Water Taffy and Chocolate Truffle. The little green bracket is cut from Peapod cardstock using the Simple Tabs dies. The circle is cut with the Pierced Circle STAX from MFT and the Thanks die is one of the possible freebies you get in a Taylored Expressions package – they are changed out frequently and are always SO FUN!
