Taylored Expressions August Spotlights: Classroom Cuties

Birthday Treat by Jen ShultsIt’s Taylored Expressions August Release Spotlight Day! Today I’ve chosen to share another fun project I made using Classroom Cuties. I made a very quick treat holder using kraft paper and a bit of left over stamp packaging – you know those cellophane bags your stamps come in? Keep those!! I cut a piece of 8 1/2″ x 11″ kraft paper in half vertically and then scored it at 1″, 5 1/2″ and 6 1/2″ inches. Next I stamped, colored and die cut the circle badge and mounted it on a Label Stacklets 4 die cut using foam tape. Next I die cut a 3 curly borders in red, yellow and blue and snipped them down into little confetti pieces to glue around the center circle. I die cut another Label Stacklets 4 piece in white in a larger size and embossed it with a Cuttlebug Seeing Spots embossing folder.

Birthday Treat by Jen ShultsOn the back of the treat holder I cut a hole using the Label Stacklets 4 die and lined it with a bit of clear stamp packaging so it was see through. I filled small treat bag with M&M’s and adhered it to the inside with Sticky Tape. I also used a bit of Sticky Tape to keep the treat holder closed.
