It’s day two of Taylored Expressions November Sneak Peeks and today I have two projects to share with you using two new fantastic stamps sets. First up is Wine a Little and the second is Rock My World.
Wine a Little
My first project uses the gorgeous new Wine a Little stamp set that is PERFECT for the wine enthusiast in your life (or you if that’s you, lol.). This stamp set has a set of coordinating dies, Wine and Dine, as well as a companion set called Witty Wine Quotes AND a die set called Wine Charms.
I started my card with an A2 cardbase made from Choice Kraft cardstock that I rounded the edges of. I layered that with a bit of paper from Basic Grey’s Kneehighs paper pad. That was layered with another piece of kraft stamped with one of the wine bottles from Wine a Little. To get the gradient ink I inked the bottle with Rhubarb Stalk Memento ink and then used Plum Perfect around the edges. The label is stamped in Elderberry Ink. I added a shine mark with a white gel pen. The sentiment was stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black and layered with a flourish stamped in Desert Sand. I die cut the banners at the top with Banner Stacklets 1, tied a bit of twine around the end of one and added a bow embellished with a die cut from Wine Charms. All the papers were distressed with a Prima Distress tool.
Rock My World
My second card today features the new stamp set Rock My World. This stamp set is so fun and perfect for those any occasion cards you need just for fun!
I started my card with an A2 cardbase made from Choice Snow White cardstock. I then layered that with a piece of patterned paper from Basic Grey’s Kneehigh’s paper pad. That was layered with another piece of Choice Snow White cut slightly smaller so just the left and right edge of the patterned paper show. The was adhered with foam tape to add dimension. The cassette tape was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black and colored with Copics and fussy cut. I layered this on a die cut from Label Stacklets 7. The sentiment was stamped in Memento Tuxedo black on Choice Snow White and bordered with more patterned paper. The little music notes are from the new Just a Note dies and cut out of yellow.
Now it’s time to check out what the rest of the Baker’s Dozen have to share with you today!
