Taylored Expressions Septmeber Sneak Peeks: Party Grumplings and Little Bits Balloons

Hi everyone! It’s time for a HUGE new Taylored Expressions sneak peek week to celebrate Taylored Expressions SIXTH birthday! We have LOADS going on this week to be sure to read all the way through to see what’s happening this month (and what you might win!!).

Today I have two projects for you that showcase a TON of new TE products that you are going to LOVE.

Another Gray Hare by Jen Shults, stamps and dies from Taylored Expressions

My first project is a fun little birthday card using Party Grumplings – a set of adorable little grumpy party goers with snarky little matching sentiments. I just ADORE this set! I also used three new things I am SO excited to see hitting the TE store shelves – custom TE cardstock, custom TE patterned paper and custom TE embossing folders! This patterned paper pack is called Double the Fun and features 24 single sided 6″x6″sheets with 2 pieces each of 12 different designs. I LOVE that this paper is single sided – I don’t know about you but it always seems like my favorite patterns are always on the same piece in a double sided paper pad and I have to sparingly use each but with the single sided papers in the TE Paper Packs I don’t have to worry about that! The paper packs also come in Matched packs that include brand new TE 100 lb smooth 8 1/2″ x 11″ cardstock in perfectly coordinated colors along with matching sequin sets (which is what I have used here). My card also features something that I am SO SO SO excited to see come to the TE store – Embossing Folders!!! WOOHOO!!! You know how much I love embossing folders and Taylor’s collection is seriously perfect! Each embossing folder measures 4.5″ x 5.75″ so you can easily emboss the entire face of an A2 sized card – edge to edge! Not only that but them emboss perfectly – crisp clean images without cracking the paper. On my card I used the Lots of Dots Embossing Folder and will have others to show off through out the week. And last but not least I’ve used a new Little Bits die – Little Bits Confetti and Candle.

My second card features an adorable new Little Bits die, Little Bits Balloons.

Balloon Bouquet by Jen Shults, using papers and dies from Taylored Expressions

Little Bits Balloons comes with two sizes of balloons and is so adorable. I paired it up with a slew of new TE 100 lb cardstock in a large variety of colors and some Natural Twine Thread.

On the inside of the card I used a brand new stamp set – Little Bits of Birthday. This stamp set features LOADS of sentiment combinations perfect for the outside and the inside of your cards! I have to say I was so so happy to see this set!
