TBD Challenge 5: Sleepy Hollow
It’s Tuesday and that means it’s Burtonesque Dolls time again! This week our challenge is to use images from Sleepy Hollow, a movie that I have admittedly never seen because it creeps my the heck out. I did do a little internet research about the story and a loose bit of inspiration from the photos below.
Okay, so my card is very loosely based on the black and white of the bottom photo. Truthfully I had a hard time with this one. I don’t have a lot of Halloween/creepy trees in my arsenal of stuff so that made this more difficult. And I inadvertently made nearly the same card as last time and it didn’t even dawn on me until it was half glued together. I was so focused on the story part of the card…
The image I used is from this week’s sponsor… Tiddly Inks. I’m new to these image but OH MY do I love them. They are so expressive and unique and I just adore them. This image is called Happy Couple and is one of the Goth Cuties collection.
