TE May Sneak Peeks: Celebrate Freedom

Hi everyone! I hope you are having a wonderful day today! Our big end of the school year art show is today! We have a parent Open House tonight and I’m excited for all the parents to see their students work!

It’s another day of Taylored Expressions Sneak Peeks today and I have a fun Patriotic project for you!!

Celebrate Freedom handmade card using stamps and dies from Taylored Expressions

I started my card by stamping the donkey and elephant from Patriotic Pals Stamp & Die Combo on Sugar Cube using Memento Tuxedo Black ink and coloring them with Copic Markers and die cutting them with the coordinating dies.

To build the background I started with a Sugar Cube vertical cardbase and layered it with another piece of Sugar Cube embossed with the new Lots of Stars Embossing Folder. I layered a piece of Blue Corn cardstock, Summer Nights Patterned paper and vellum all die cut with Label Stacklets 8. I heat embossed the sentiment on the vellum layer and adhered the layers together with foam tape. To finish off I added a little bow and a tiny star of glitter paper cut using Star Stacklets.
