TE Sneak Peeks: HOME

Hi everyone! Today is day three of Taylored Expressions Sneak Peeks and today I have a fun new projects for you that is definitely something outside my norm and outside my comfort zone!

HOME wall decor

This wall plaque was SO EASY to put together with the Initially dies and TE Felt. These were letters I had actually picked up because of the monograms I wanted to make with them but it just turned out that if I combined them with the Sack It dies I already had I could make a wall decor piece that I could change for each season! WIN!!

I found the wooden squares at Michael’s for $1.99 each already pre-stained and pretty much perfect. I cut the letters from Cream Puff felt and used fabric adhesive to glue them to the boards. For the pumpkin I used Sack It Pumpkin and die cut it using Carrot, Split Pea, Grass Green Butter, and Wine Felt. I did a little back stitching around the pumpkin and stem using embroidery floss and adhered the rest of the pieces with fabric adhesive. The pumpkin itself is attached using temporary adhesive so I can change it for different seasons!
