A Week of Thankfulness Day 2

Thank You, a handmade card by Jen Shults

It’s day two of a week of Thankfulness. 🙂 I’m sharing another Dirty Dozen card that is getting it’s first share on my blog. This card is a bit of a departure from my normal style. It’s a bit more dressy than I usually make. The image is from a online coloring book image I found of flowers. Our theme at the time had to do with flowers and I only had a few flower stamps so I went in search of more. 🙂 The sentiment is from Verve. I colored the hydrangeas with Copics and papers are from MME’s Lost and Found 2 Breeze (I think). I used another doily on this one… I went through a phase of using those all the time. And by all the time I mean three times.

I’ll be back tomorrow with another thank you card. I’m hoping this time I can show a freshly made card. Getting ready for Thanksgiving is a little more hectic than I thought, lol. Last night was the dreaded grocery store trip but I think I’m all set. Tonight I’m going to get started prepping a few dishes that can be frozen until Thursday. How are your Thanksgiving preparations going?
