I’m Jen. Howdy. It’s nice to meet you.

Here’s all you need to know about me in about 200 words: I’m married to Chris, the coolest video game playing, music obsessed, advertising creative director, paper doll playing dad and husband a girl ever knew. I’m blessed to have two awesome kids, a 20 year old girl and a 18 year old son. I’m currently getting paid to play with paints, clay and drawing pencils via the public education system.

I love to read. Some of my current favorites  are anything historical fiction and fantasy.

I also love to draw. I spend a lot of time doodling and sketching. Every once in a while I’ll finish a completed drawing or painting. I’m most in love with the learning process of figuring out a new material or a new technique.

Crochet is my other hobby and I have made close to 40 blankets over the years along with a few other little things like stuffed animals and clothing. I will share these projects from time to time as well.
