ABS Challenge 18 – Sketch
Happy Tuesday! I’m here with another Anita Be Stampin’ Challenge today and I’m sad to say it’s my last challenge with Anita Be Stampin’ for a while as my term is up. I’m hopeful I’ll be back with Anita’s fantastic team again in September after school starts up again. I’m slowing down a little in my stamping right now to get through the end of the school year and through some personal stuff (all good) that we have going on right now.
Our challenge today is a sketch that I designed. I really had fun with this one. It’s a bit different than most of my sketch but I LOVED working with it.
For this card I used the Bears and Bunches stamp set and stamped one of the sentiments from the set in Versafine Onyx Black on white cardstock and cut it out using an oval Spellbinders die and sponged inside the die with Spun Sugar Distress Ink which matches this gorgeous My Mind’s Eye Stella and Rose Hazel paper perfectly. I used a bunch of scraps that I had on this card to fill our all the parts of the sketch. I added some brown baker’s twine and a few clear dew drops to finish off the sketch. I stamped the very cute girl bear from the set on the inside of the card and added a few more scraps of paper to finish it out.
Here’s a peek at the sketch for this week:
