Quick and Simple Christmas!
Hi everyone! I have new card to share with you for Taylored Expressions Season of Crafting. I create a clean and simple Christmas card that packs a punch!
To make this card I used the Snowed in Background stamp that I stamped on an ink blended background. The background is blended with Blue Corn and Blueberry ink on Confetti Cake cardstock. I like to ink blend on colored cardstock to save ink!
After ink blending, I heat set my panel and applied a generous amount of anti-static powder both to further dry the ink and to also ward off stray embossing particles. I stamped the background stamp in Versamark ink and embossed it with Taylor’s white embossing powder. I trimmed 1/8 of an inch of the bottom of the panel and mounted it to a Toffee cardbase. The sentiment is from Merry & Bright and is stamped in Blueberry ink on Sugar Cube and cut out with the coordinating dies. This was a VERY quick card to make and I love how it turned out!
