Christmas Blessings: CardMaker & Project Bin Blog Hop

Hi everyone! I hope you are having a fantastic Friday. Today is the CardMaker and Project Bin Blog Hop!

Christmas Blessings by Jen Shults

My card for the hop uses Luke 2 from Project Bin. I wanted this gorgeous sentiment to be the star of the card so I started with a simple gradient background made by sponging red and pink ink on white cardstock. I stamped the sentiment on black cardstock using Versamark and embossed with white embossing powder. I die cut the sentiment and matted it with green cardstock. I layered these two pieces with foam tape for dimension. To assemble my card I tied twine around the gradient panel and adhered it to a white cardbase. From there I attached the sentiment piece with foam tape and added a few clear drops of Nuvo Crystals.
