Congratulations!

Hi everyone! I hope you are having a fantastic day today! Today Taylored Expressions is releasing new wedding-themed products and they are GORGEOUS!

My first project is a set of cards using the new Happily Ever dies and stencil. On my first card I used the Happily Ever After stencil and then die cut it with the coordinating dress die. I ink blended Spearmint ink on the Sugar Cube cardstock first and then laid the stencil over the top and ink blended through the stencil to create a soft gradient over the dress. Behind the dress I die cut the Pierced Circles Cutting Plate out of Rose Water and adhered the largest Stitched Frame Stacklets 1 cut from Sugar Cube on top. The sentiment is the gorgeous All the Way – Congrats stamp and die coordinating set stamped in Versamar and heat embossed in gold. I added a few How Does Your Garden Grow flowers and some Bits & Pieces Pearl Drip Drops.

I made a coordinating card flipping the colors and instead of using the stencil, I used the Happily Ever Dies to create the gorgeous dress pattern!

My second card uses some new products that really make card making EASY. The new Mr. & Mrs. Pierce & Cut Cutting Plate, stamp and foil it sheets all work together to make it super easy to make wedding or bridal shower cards. I used the Mr & Mrs. stamp, stamped in Rose Water and Avocado on Sugar Cube cardstock. I stamped in Rose Water first, cleaned the stamp with a microfiber cloth then masked the Mr. & Mrs. with Post It tape then stamped the AND in Avocado ink using a MISTI. After stamping I die cut the Mr. & Mrs. Pierce and Cut Cutting Plate and mounted the panel on a Toffee cardbase using foam tape. To finish up I added a few flowers from How Does Your Garden Grow, leaves from Little Bits – Mixed Blooms along with some Bits & Pieces – Pearl Drip Drops.
