Deconstructed Sketch No. 8 and TGF Creeper Piper
Hey everyone! I hope it’s been a good week for you. We are in the midst of termite construction/repair at my house so things are a little crazy and a lot messy. They just finished the demolition phase today and tomorrow begins the reconstructions phase. It’s only been three days at this point and I can’t wait to get my house back!
I wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who participated in last week’s blog hop both commenting and the sketch challenge. Your words mean a lot to the design team and those of you that participated, I’m very sorry I was unable to get around and comment much this week but I do look at every single entry and your work is always fabulous. It’s always such a treat to see the creativity that a sketch can inspire. So thank you so much for taking the time to join us!
Today is a double header for me! I have a new Deconstructed Sketch to share with you AND a brand new preview from The Greeting Farm… Creeper Piper! She’s brand new and available July 1 along with all the other fabulous new images over on the Farm! So… you are getting a peek at your Deconstructed Sketch a few hours early. 🙂

My Sample
This week I stayed pretty faithful to the sketch below… nothing to crazy this week. (I switched things around and put my card first. You know, gotta keep you on your toes.) 😉
Recipe:
Stamp: Creeper Piper (The Greeting Farm), Blush Bonnie (The Greeting Farm)
Papers: Basic Grey Curio 6×6, Bazzill green cardstock, Linen White cardstock
Inks: Memento Tuxedo Black, Ranger Distress Ink Black Soot, Barn Door
Accessories: American Crafts twine thread, 3M foam tape, 3M Quick Dry Adhesive, Inksentials Foam Ink Applicator, Martha Stewart Lattice Edge Punch, paint stencil, Nestablities Rectangle
For my card I used the gorgeous new Creeper Piper from The Greeting Farm and stamped her on Linen cardstock and colored her with Copic Markers. I cut her out with a Nestie’s die and then sponged the background with Black Soot and then Barn Door through a painting stencil. The designer paper is from the Basic Grey Curio collection and the edges are sponged with Black Soot. The sentiment is from another new Greeting Farm stamp set Blush Babette.

This week we are unsponsored and just for fun. There is, as always, no particular image requirement. Just use the sketch to jump start your creativity!
Now let’s take a look at what the design team had to say about the sketch. I KNOW it’s amazing stuff!
