Flutterby Wednesday #151 Open Challenge
It’s Wednesday and you know what that means? It’s time for another Flutterby Wednesday Challenge. It’s an open challenge this week so that means all you need to do is create something that uses a fairy, angel or butterfly and link it up to Danni’s Flutterby Wednesday blog.
For my card I used this super cute image from By Lori Designs called Ella’s Umbrella from the Puddle Jumper Collection. I colored Ella with Prismacolors and OMS on PTI white cardstock. I cut her out using a Spellbinder’s Nestabilitie Rectangle Small and then doodled a bit around the edge of the image to give it a frame. I bordered the image in Bazzill Artesian Pool and backed that with a piece of white that was edge punched and then embossed with a Cuttlebug Spots and Dots folder. I mounted that on more Bazzill cs and then wrapped it in ribbon and attached a bow made with a bow easy. I punched a couple of butterflies and glued them down using Glossy Accents (I LOVE using it as glue for small pieces because it dries quickly and has a very strong bond) and then glittered them up with a bit of Diamond Stickles. Whew! Done!

Be sure to check out Lori’s brand new Easter digis! They are just adorable and so easy to color!
