Happy Purr-thday!
Hi everyone! Today I have a fun new TE stamp set to share with you today from TE’s Clearly Planned stamp line: Cattitude! I just ADORE this stamp set and the super fun sentiments that come with it. I’m a bit of a cat person and I love these whimsical little cats. I use these in my bullet journal as well as for cards. My 13 year old daughter also loves this stamp set – I’m thinking I’m going to need to buy another one so she can have her own. 🙂
To make this card I used my MISTI to stamp a bunch of cats on Sugar Cube cardstock using Versamark. I then heat embossed them in white. I sponged on a rainbow of Tim Holtz Distress Oxide Inks and splashed with a little water and then heat set the ink. For the focal image I stamped the balloon cat on Sugar Cube with Oreo ink and colored the cat with Copic Markers. I die cut the cat using the Frame in Frame Stacklets 2. I attached this to the center of the sponged card front. For the sentiment I stamped Happy Purr-thday on Oreo cardstock with Versamark and heat embossed it with white embossing powder. I die cut this with Stitched Banner Stacklets.
