Happy Anniversary
We are snowed in today (and tomorrow… WOOHOO!) and I’ve got one down with the stomach flu so we are staying inside and trying to keep warm. I also got my stitches out yesterday!!! I’m so excited about that. Let’s just say that I’m not so great at being immobile (and by immobile I mean being told to take it easy) and I’m really not great at being told I can’t drive so it’s a relief to be done with the knee immobilizer and with the stitches! And my knee pretty much feels good as new. 🙂
So as we are stuck inside I am digging into my new stamps again and have a new project to share with you used the new Happy Anniversary Plain Jane from Verve.
I’ve kind of got the clean and simple bug after making so many fancied up cards for the release and I was so happy to see the the last February Viva la Verve sketch hit the spot. 🙂 I went back to my My Mind’s Eye The Sweetest Thing Tangerine paper pad and pulled out some neutral papers from there along with my trusty kraft cardstock. This pretty well flew together with the help of the Scalloped Trim Trio dies and the Banner Bundle Dies. I barely did a thing. 😉
Here’s a peek at the sketch! If you’d like to play along you can get all the details over on Splitcoaststampers.
Thanks for stopping by!!!
