These adorable and hilarious Grumplings have been long awaited and requested many times! And, of course, these amazing Grumplings are getting all the attention today by themselves, because, let’s face it. They deserve it!!
Mama Said There’d Be Days Like This
For my card I decided to use the zebra and the wine bottle/wine glass. I started by stamping the images on Sugar Cube with Oreo ink and coloring with Copic Markers. I then die cut the images with the coordinating dies.
I then decided to keep it simple by ink blending a Cookie Monster and Peapod rectangle on Sugar Cube cardstock using the Masking Stencils – Rectangles and blender brushes. I don’t recommend doing it this way but I attached the images first and then stamped the sentiment at the top – SERIOUSLY – don’t do this. But it’s just the way my brain works sometimes. After the sentiment was stamped I decided the bottle needed to be spilling out on the ground so I used a deep red Copic marker to add spilled wine. For a little shine I drew in two small lines and a dot with a white gel pen.
