I used the Create in Quads Abstract Layering Stencil to make 4 cards. I started with a piece of Buttercream Frosting cardstock to ink on. The inks I used to blend are Spearmint, Raspberry Sorbet, Dijon and Oyster. This combo worked perfectly on the Buttercream Frosting cardstock and I love the results. To add depth and dimension I used the smaller blender brushes to control the ink around the edges of the openings in the stencils for a gradient to the middle on many of the pieces. Gold embossing powder was used on all of the stamped elements and black accents were added to help everything pop. As a finishing touch on two of the cards, Oreo liquid watercolor was splattered lightly.
I really LOVE this kit and love how these turned out. I plan on making a couple of sets of these for gifts and just to have on hand at work!
