New TE Halloween Goodness!
Hi everyone! Happy Tuesday! Today is release day at Taylored Expressions! We have a BUNCH of new Halloween goodies for you and I have three fun cards to share with you today.
My first card is a mini slim card using a bunch of fun new goodies from this release. I started by stamping and die-cutting Witch Millie from Millie’s Haunted Halloween and coloring her with Copic Markers. Isn’t she adorable? I then got to work with the Sugar Rush stencils and stenciled out three of the big lollipops using Candy Corn, Peapod, and Jelly Donut ink. After stenciling, I used the Glitter Grab glue and All that Glitters coordinating glitter to create the details on the lollipops. **Pro-tip: after removing the stencil and adding the glitter, gently lay a piece of acetate, ziplock sandwich bag, or product packaging over the glitter and lightly tap it into the glue. This gently pushes the glitter into the glue and keep it on your card longer.
After die-cutting the lollipops I stamped and embossed BOO with white embossing powder and die-cut with the coordinating die. For the background I stenciled Candy Corn cardstock with Mini Slim Stencil – On the Dot using Candy Corn and Oreo ink. To create the two tone dots I stenciled Candy Corn first and then shifted the stencil up one row and stenciled the Oreo. Next, I layered with a bit of vellum and arranged everything with foam tape. To finished up I added a Sugar Cube mat and Oreo cardbase.

My second card also uses Millie’s Haunted Halloween. This time I used three of the little images and create an inked spooky Halloween background.
For extra fun I added glow in the dark embossing powder to the moon and lantern. To add the powder to the moon I used Versamark and added 4 layers of powder for a smooth and even glow. To add the moon to the lantern I used a glue pen.
All of my cards today are colored with Copic markers and die cut with their coordinating dies. I used TE’s blender brushes to blend out the background image and splattered on TE’s Sugar Cube Premium Ink Re-Inker for the “stars”.

My third card today uses Mille’s Haunted Halloween again but this time in a shaker card. The back of the shaker is stamped with Full Circle Halloween on Candy Corn cardstock with Pumkin ink.
To fill the shaker I used clear Drip Drops, Vanilla Creme Shaker Filling and the Candy Corn glitter from All That Glitters. **Note – if you piece together your shaker foam border the glitter will leak through no matter how tight your pieces are so I suggest die-cutting your shaker walls out of stacked pieces of cardstock.

That’s it for me today! I hope you have a wonderful day!!
