Taylored Expressions April Release Day!!

Hi everyone! Today is Taylored Expressions April Release day!! Woohoo!! All of the products that have been featured this week are now available for purchase!

Today I have two cards to share with you. The first uses the new Majestic Stencil and Stitched Frame Stacklets 2. I started by ink blending Guava, Lemon Meringue, Lime Zest and Confetti Cake over the Majestic Stencil on Sugar Cube cardstock. I then die cut the Hello Script die three times from Sugar Cube cardstock and stacked them together for thickness. I die cut the Stitched Frame Stacklets 2 die from Oreo and lined the back with Vellum. I layered all the pieces together in the lower right corner and added a few Snow Flurries Sequins.

Card Supplies:

My second card uses Build a Unicorn. My kiddos have a cousin who will be turning 6 very soon and this birthday card was designed specifically with her in mind. I used Build a Unicorn in all her favorite colors. To create the background I die cut the Diagonal Stripes Cutting Plate from Confetti Cake, Lime Zest, Guava and Pink Champagne. (I kept all the extra pieces so I can use them in other backgrounds.) I layered them on foam tape and then placed a vellum overlay over the top to soften the look a bit. I die cut all the pieces of the Unicorn using the same colors and Sugar Cube adding Potato Chip for the horn. I assembled the unicorn and attached it to an Earl Grey oval cut with Stitched Oval Stacklets. To finish I added a few Snow Flurries Sequins and white gel pen accents in the hair.
