Today I have two projects to share with you! My first project is another watercolor Big Blooms floral. I used Big Blooms – Succulent as the focus of my card. I stamped the succulent on watercolor cardstock using Versamark ink and embossed with white embossing powder. I then colored the succulent using Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers and a waterbrush. I hand cut the succulent after allowing it to dry. I paired this up with the Lots of Dots embossing folder and Hello Script die. I added a little second sentiment line from Friendly Phrases and also embossed in white on Poppy Seed cardstock. I added Plum Punch Little Bits Heart to tie in the purple from the succulent. To finish I added a few Snow Flurries Sequins.
My second card uses You Have My Heart and the adorable Luv a Doodle Background stamp. I started by stamping the dog from You Have My Heart on Sugar Cube with Oreo ink and coloring with Copic Markers. I added a few dots to his cheeks with a white gel pen and die cut with the coordinating dies. I stamped the sentiment on vellum with Veramark and heat embossed with white embossing powder. For the layout I stamped the Luv a Doodle background stamp on Watermelon cardstock with Cherry Pop ink. I then die cut the largest frame from Frame In Frame cutting plate from Watermelon cardstock. I cut a piece of Strawberry Milkshake to fit behind it and die cut the Inside Scallop Oval Stacklet from the center. I used foam tape to assemble everything and hid the adhesive for the vellum behind the tiny hearts cut from Watermelon cardstock using Heart Stacklets.
That’s it for me today! Thank you so much for joining me this week and I hope you have a fantastic weekend!
