For my project today I’ve used the super adorable. Garden Shed stamp set. I just ADORE this cute little house. The sentiments are so fun and the house is just too cute!
I used a 5.25×5.25″ card base made of kraft cardstock and layered it with Simple Stories Harvest Lane designer papers using this week’s Deconstructed Sketch 77 as my layout. I stamped the house, the path and the flower pot from the set on Choice Watercolor paper and watercolored it with Distress Markers. This time I did not emboss the image I just used waterproof ink. This allows the watercolor to jump the lines a bit and have more of loose look. To complete the layout I added a small border to the bottom of the image, a bit of ribbon and the sentiment at the top is cut using two layered Spellbinders dies and embellished with a bit of twine thread. All of the papers are sponged with Vintage Photo Distress Ink.
That’s it for me today! I hope you’ll hop around and check out the rest of the creations for the amazing Baker’s Dozen!
