Taylored Expressions October Sneak Peeks Day 1!

Happy Monday! It’s time for Taylored Expressions October Sneek Peaks and today I’ve got two fun project for you using two brand new die sets.

My first project uses new Build a Scene dies – Build a Scene Central Park. I’ve combined these dies with the new Build a Scene – Christmas 6×6 paper pack. The Build a Scene Christmas paper pack includes a wonderful winter scene panel that I cut out to create the background for the pond scene. I added a few additional trees die cut using Build a Scene Central Park. I also added a few snow flakes that I cut using Little Bits Snowflake Confetti. I added glitter everywhere using Frosted Lace Stickles. I added a frame to the scene using the Frame in Frame Cutting Plate die set. To finish the card off I cut a banner using Banner Stacklets 1 and stamped a sentiment from Simply Stamped Pincecones.

My second card uses a new addition to the Arbor die set called Holiday Arbor Accessories.

I paired these up with the Wrought Iron Gate & Fence Dies along with the frame from Garden Arbor Gate. The background for the scene was embossed using the Snowfall Embossing Folder. I added a bit of sponging with Tumbled Glass Distress Ink, Stardust Stickles to some of the snow and a bit of Glossy Accents to the light panels. The snow drifts were cut using Build a Scene Rolling Hills.
