Hi everyone! I hope your Tuesday is off to a good start! Today I have two cards to share with you from the Taylored Expressions Care and comfort release. My first card features Frond Embrace. This die is a leafy edge die that could be used for so many things! I created an acetate front card using the die as the edge that holds on the acetate. So start this card I die cut Frond Embrace from Granny Smith cardstock and inkced it with Cilantro. I cut a 5×7 piece of acetate and adhered the leaf die cut to the edge, folding it over along the fold line. Next I adhered this to a 5×7 piece of Confetti Cake that I lightly ink blended from the bottom up to create the card. I added flowers from Fresh Cut Flowers in Raspberry Sorbet, Butter Cream Frosting and Rose Water cardstock. The sentiment strips are from Mini Strips – Sympathy. On the inside of the card I die cut a piece of Sugar Cube with Label Stacklets 13 and also placed a die cut of Banana Cream Pie one size smaller on the inside of the acetate so a message can be written on the inside but not seen from the outside.

My second card features the Garden Trellis embossing folder. To create this card I inked a piece of Sugar Cube with Confetti Cake and Peapod ink then embossed it with the Garden Trellis embossing folder. I also embossed a plain piece of Sugar Cube. I layered these and added a frame cut from Frame in Frame 3 out of Confetti Cake cardstock. Over this I added a die cut of the Artistic Branch die in Peapod and the underlay piece is cut from vellum and inked with Cilantro ink. The sentiment is from Mini Strips – Sympathy. I added a bit of twine to finish up.
