TE – Easter Wishes
Hi everyone! It’s Tuesday and you know what that means – it’s Taylored Expressions release day. Today the release is focused on Easter and oh man do we have some fun stuff to share with you.
My first project features the previously released Giftables Cute Carton and some new window cut outs – All Tucked In – Easter. I made two cartons, one violet and one blue each with a different window. AFter die cutting the carton pieces I ink blended a light gradient on each and I colored the cut outs with Olo markers. The windows are lined with acetate so that when I fill them with candy it won’t leak out. The tags at the top are from Iconic Easter and the initials are from Mini Caps Alpha & #’s.
These will be perfect to fill with jelly beans and add to my kids Easter baskets!

My second card features part of a new coordinating set of products, the Fittingly Floral collection. This collection features a stamp set, dies, coordinating stencils and Foil-Its. I used just the Foil-Its , colored with Olo markers. I opted not to foil the panel and just colored it with Olo markers. You could foil first and then color. After coloring I masked off the top edge of the panel with Post It tape so I could lightly blend Confetti Cake ink around the top edge. After inking I die cut with Rounded Rectangle Stacklets and created a Lavender Glaze cardbase trimmed with Rounded Rectangle Stacklets. To finish up I stamped a sentiment from In Christ Alone in the center and added a few clear Drip Drops.

My last card features another new collection, Folk Eggs. This gorgeous collections features a stamp and stencil combo, dies and an egg cup die. To start my egg I stamped the Folk Eggs stamp in Banana Cream Pie ink then stenciled using Kiwi, Peapod, Strawberry Milkshake, Lollipop, and Candy Corn. The egg cup was cut from Sea Salt and Mushroom cardstock. For the background I blended Tropical Punch ink through the Masking Stencil – Rectangle small rectangle and splattered with Dr. PH Martin’s Bleed Proof White. The border if from the Frame in Frame 3 Cutting plate (a MUST have) cut from Sea Salt cardstock and the whole thing was mounted on a Salt Water Taffy base.
