Happy Tuesday! Today I have three projects to share with you using new Taylored Expressions products that are themed to being perfect for the men in your lives (thought many of these are just all around perfect for everyone)!!
The first project I have to share with you uses three new products, Plaid Background, Pocketful and First Draft. This was a fun one to make. I started by cutting out the glasses from First Draft and I cut out two of the glasses front so I could sandwich a piece of product packaging in-between for “lens”. The pocket is cut from Gumball cardstock and inked with Blueberry ink. I stamped the sentiment from the Dad Body Stamp and Die Combo on the pocket, hooked the glasses and Sharpie in side and attached it to a Green Tea background cut with the A2 Postage Stamp Stacklets. I stamped the Plaid Background on Oat Milk cardstock with Brussel Sprouts ink. The Happy Father’s Day sentiment is from the Dad Bod Stamp & Die Combo.

My second project uses the new Zigs and Zags Background with the Dad Bod Stamp & Die Combo. My color scheme is Brussel Sprout, Honey, and Blueberry. I stamped the tshirt sentiment on Blueberry and then heat embossed in white and die cut with the tshirt die. I stamped the Zig & Zags Background on Honey cardstock with Honey ink. The Happy Father’s Day sentiment if from the Dude Sentiments stamp set.

For my last card I used 5 O’clock Somewhere Stamp & Stencil Combo and the coordinating die. I started by creating a background by masking of a line and blending Confetti Cake on one side and Oyster on the other. I die cut with Rounded Rectangle Stacklets. I inked a tone on tone background stamp that is no longer available (oops!) but Ticks & Tacs Background would be EVEN BETTER and it is available!! I mounted this on Confetti Cake and added a few Bits & Pieces Drip Drops – Clear and that was that!
