Morning! Today I have the new Taylored Expressions Hey Lady cardmaking kit to share with you. It’s SO cute! Here is a peek at the full kit:

For my first card I wanted to let that adorable background stamp and stencil shine so I inked it up in Versafine Clair – Nocturne, Bubblegum, Tropical Punch (for the dots), Banana Cream Pie and Pumpkin. I LOVE how this turned out. I paired it with Oh My Word – Hello stamped in Tropical Punch for contrast and this quick and easy card was done!
On the inside I used one of The Insiders – Hey Lady panels and added a little but of Bubblegum ink on the corner.

On my second card I went a little more traditional with my color scheme choosing Watermelon, Poppy Seed and Versafine Clair – Nocturne embossed with clear embossing powder. I cut this panel in half and then trimmed it so it fit neatly in the center of the second largest Postage Stamp Stacklet. I added a cluster of leaves on a circle using the leaves from the Tropical leaves dies cut from Dill Pickle and Cilantro. From the second half of the ladybug background I used the die to cut out 3 ladybugs and placed those on the leaves. I added two sentiments from Mini Strips – Hey Lady and the card was done.
I couldn’t resist adding a little to the inside so I die cut two monstera leaves from the Tropical Leaves dies, layered them and added two remaining ladybugs and a little Tropical Punch ink in the corner.
