TE Release Day: Mr. & Mrs.
Hi! It’s Taylored Expressions April 2019 Release day!!! WOOHOO!! Finally you can order all these gorgeous products we’ve been sharing with you and there are lots of amazing things this month.
This card is actually a prototype of wedding invitations I’m making for a friend at work. She only need 12 so this is reasonable, lol! I knew from the beginning that I wanted to use this color palette and I knew I wanted to use the new Mr. & Mrs. Framed Script. From there I started playing with flowers in the TE collection and settled on these adorable flowers from Mini Bloomers 1 & 2. The rest went together VERY quickly!

My next card is quickly becoming my favorite type of card to make – stenciled, ink blended and after that clean and simple. I have a lot of friends at work that come to me for cards and my family does the same and it’s nice to have these on hand in sets to say – here you go! For this card I used the Bird and Blooms Stencil to ink up my background with Lemon Meringue, Lime Zest and Blue Raspberry ink. The sentiment is from Friendly Phrases and stamped on Oreo with Versamark and heat embossed in white. I added a few dots of NUVO Crystal Drops in white and a scalloped border and I was done! Very mass producible with different sentiments.
