My first project uses Peace Within and the new add-on that coordinates, Layer-It Peace Within. These two sets really coordinate so well and work perfectly for so many occasions. I chose to work with the cat tails in Peace Within and created a gradient background for silhouette look. I love how crisp Black Licorice cardstock is with the sunset colors.
My next project uses Cute Carton with some new and previously released goodies that coordinate perfectly. I die cut the carton from Strawberry Milkshake cardstock and stenciled dots from the Take Two Pretty Polka stencil then die cut windows on either side using All Tucked In – Valentine Windows. They are the perfect size!! One size I layered with glitter cardstock and one size I lined with acetate to create a see through window.
My last project feature’s Hello It’s Me and a new coordinating die (HOORAY!!!). I LOVE this big bold stamp and die and will definitely use it often. To create the background I did an extreme amount of inking and stenciling. Layer one is Dried Fig blended to Macaron on Sugar Cube (not stencil). Layer two is Happy Medium – Fallen Snow through the Wild Willow stencil. As it dries the texture paste picks up the color of the ink below! After it dried I offset the stencil and applied Happy Medium – Iridescent Glitter. I LOVE how this looks all together. There is loads of texture and glitter.
