TE Sneak Peeks: Flower Bouquet Calendar
It’s time for Taylored Expressions November Sneak Peeks! This month is chock full of fun new products that will be perfect for holiday gift giving!! Today I’m sharing some new calendar products mixed with some older TE goodies.
I’m using the new 2017 5×7 Calendar to create a calendar for my mom for Christmas. I’ve completed January, February and March so far using TE’s Petite Bouquets as a focal point for each calendar. January starts off with the Teacup Bouquet. I stamped all of the bouquets on Sugar Cube cardstock with Oreo ink and colored them with Copic markers. I die cut the bouquet with the coordinating Teacup Bouquet die. To create the background for the bouquet I die cut the frame from Build a Scene Calendar 5×7 from Plum Punch cardstock. I cut the inner rectangle from Lavendar Glaze cardstock and sponged the edges with Jelly Donut ink. I cut the Quatrefoil cutting plate from Lavendar Glaze cardstock and then layered it over the background. I used thin foam squares to attach the bouquet to the background. I used Sticky Tape to adhere the entire scene to the calendar.
To display the calendar I am using the 5×7 Acrylic Frame.
To store the calendars when they aren’t in use I’m using the new 5×7 clear calendar box. These come in a set of 5 so you can have some handy for creating more than one calendar or for storing cards!
