Thanks So Much and DT news!

I’m so excited to announce that Christy Croll has asked me to guest on her Tiddly Inks DT for a couple of months and possibly longer! I LOVE Christy’s images and I LOVE guest designing so this was a match made in heaven!!

I made a quick card last night using Christy’s adorable image Always the Flower Girl and colored her with Copic Markers on PTI Stampers Select White cs. I used the Deconstructed Sketch for this week as my starting point and some GORGEOUS Echo Park For the Record 6×6 paper. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this paper. It’s so me. I’m going to need about 6 more pads of it, lol. I did modify the sketch just a bit with the addition of the doily. I’ve never used one of those before but I really like it. I may start using them more now. The sentiment is from Kraftin’ Kimmie’s Everyday Sentiments. I sponged everything with Vintage Photo distress ink and added some Bitty Grunge stamping in Antique Linen around the focal image. I added a cluster for small Prima roses stacked on another Prima flower to accent the sentiment and a bit of shipping twine to finish it off. What do you think?
