The Deconstructed Sketch No. 59

Happy 4th a bit late to all my American friends. I hope you had a fun and safe holiday last night! We spent a fun evening with our neighbors. It was a great time!

It’s the first of the month and that means we have a sponsor! Our sponsor this month is the very generous and wonderful Country Bumpkin Stamps. Lorie, the designer of Country Bumpkin Stamps is offering FOUR stamp sets for the winner! How AMAZING is that? She has some really cute stuff too!

All you have to do to be entered into the drawing is create a card or project using this week’s sketch, post your project online and link back here at the bottom of the post to InLinkz. I will draw a random winner next Wednesday night at 8 pm CST and announce them here with next week’s sketch post!

Here’s this week’s sketch:

And here is my sample using Moory Christmas from Country Bumpkin Stamps. I stamped the image using Brilliance Graphite Black onto watercolor paper and colored the image with Distress Markers and a waterbrush. The designer paper is Dots and Stripes Christmas from Echo Park.

I always need to get an early jump on Christmas card as I ALWAYS run out so I’m starting now!

And here’s a sample from our FABULOUS guest designer Judy Rozema!

Isn’t this great! I love the way she pierced the corner and the fabulous country colors!

Want your sketches a little early? Follow the Deconstructed Sketch on Facebook!! And if you are looking for some older sketches to dig through you can find them in the Deconstructed Sketchbook. Now it’s time to hop around and see what everyone else on the DT has been up to and leave them a little love.
