Welcome to Verve‘s December Diva Inspirations Hop. It’s the 5th of the month and that means it’s hopping time. We love to get our Verve inky around here. So pull up a chair and take a tour of some fun creations using Verve favorites. It’s sure to be a treat, and speaking of treats, we’ve got a prize for one lucky commenter along the hop! Check out the Verve Blog today for all the prize info and deadlines.
You should have just arrived from the AMAZING Stacey’s blog.
I whipped up this card using Peace On Earth (which is temporarily sold out), the Banner Bundle Die set and a bit of ribbon from the Stormy Skies Ribbon Collection. I also went back to my Authentique Festive paper pad from last year because I just adore it and Color Throwdown’s CTD270 because it’s awesome and right up my alley, lol. My layout is Mojo322 which you’ll want to check out because it’s a PRIZE week!

Love your card! The kraft and green is a great combo.
Love how you used a banner for the sentiment!
gorgeous!
Absolutely LOVE the colors you used. Thank you for sharing!!!!
I’m not a big fan of distressing but I like this card. The distressing fits the card. Love your colors.
Jen, your cards are gorgeous – and this one particularly appeals to me. Colours, the music strip and the embossed sentiment – stunning!

What a gorgeous card. I love the colour combo and the seam binding bow. The sentiment embossed in silver is beautiful.
Love the kraft with the green and the embossed sentiment.
Such a lovely and subtle card. Like the embossing which always adds pizzazz. Great colors and so much more. Wow!
This is gorgeous!!! It totally doesn’t look like a Christmas card at all, but it really works. Love the papers and the distressing. And the banner for the sentiment is awesome.
Pretty, pretty card! Love the musical background and embossed sentiment!
Beautiful card! I’m glad I snapped that set up a while back so I could use it for my Christmas cards this year. I really like your musical background.

Really elegant and vintage. Love the distressing and the darker colors, this is one of my favorite sets!
Wow! Love the elegant colors and the way that stamp just pops on the banner die. I have that set and can’t wait to try using the sentiment on a banner. Love your bow, too!
Both cards are so pretty. The colors used are just perfect!
