It’s release day at Taylored Expressions and today we have a lot of fun patriotic goodies for you. I have two fairly quick cards to share with you.

First up is a card using a new product paired with some older TE products. I used the new Statue of Liberty stand-alone die to be the star of this card. I cut the die out of Confetti Cake cardstock and added details with Copic markers to fill in the statue (I just pulled up a reference photo and mimiced it as best I could.) From there I foiled one of the Foil It Fireworks background with silver Deco Foil and inked to look like a night sky. I added a small panel of water at the bottom using Blueberry cardstock and a gel pen and Copic details. I then layered the Downtown Border and Downtown Border Underlay behind the water to make the city behind the Statue of Liberty. To make the base of the statue I attached a little piece of Oreo cardstock and trimmed diagonally and popped the statue up on foam tape under the border. To finish up I added the sentiment stamped in Jelly Donut and die cut with the coordinating die.
