CardMaker & Terial Arts Blog Hop

Hi everyone! I’m here today joining in with CardMaker Magazine and Terial Arts for a blog hop featuring Terial Arts amazing fabric stabilizer. If you are just joining the hop you can head over to the CardMaker Magazine blog to start and get all of the details.

Our hop theme this week is a fall post card theme using Terial Arts Fabric Stabilizer. I started my card by doing a bit of experimenting with the fabric stabilizer and die cutting. I followed the package directions for spraying and ironing my fabric (the pink polka dot oval element) then die cut the fabric with Stitched Rectangle Stacklets from Taylored Expressions. I am so impressed with how well the fabric went through the die cut machine and how well the details transferred. I love to add in non-traditional colors when working with holiday color so I threw in a bit of pink and gold with my dark brown, rust and green cardstock. I stamped the Thank You sentiment from Simply Said Thanks from Taylored Expressions on white cardstock in brown ink and die cut it to tuck into the leaves. I finished with a bit of embossing on the cardbase and a twine bow.

Thank you so much for joining the hop today! Your next stop on the hop is the fantastic Nicole Coursey. Remember to head over to CardMaker and Terial Arts blogs to check out all of the details of today hop!
