Deconstructed Sketch No. 194

Morning! I hope everyone is having a great day so far (or if you aren’t up yet, will have a great day!) and is ready to kick off a new Deconstructed Sketch. I had a lot of fun with this one, I hope you will too. 🙂

My card using this sketch uses an image I have had colored FOREVER. It’s possible it has been close to two years since I colored this image. I loved it so much that I just couldn’t decide how to use it. Well today is the day!

Just For You by Jen Shults

The stamp I used is Bugs and Kisses from Tiddly Inks. I stamped this on Canson Watercolor Paper and then heat embossed it with clear embossing powder and watercolored it with Distress Markers and a waterbrush. I cut it out using Nestabilities Square Dies and mounted it together with foam tape. I used BluePrints 14 from MFT for the button die and the stitched square panel. The fishtale banners are die cut using Banner Bundle Dies from Verve. The other banners I cut by hand with a paper trimmer and scissors. I added a bit of twine to finish and that was it!
