Easter Wishes
Hi everyone! Today Taylored Expressions is releasing its Easter goodies for 2022 and they are SO adorable!
First I have a set of tags using Spring Squad and Joyful Joyful. These super cute critters are perfect for making tags, notecard, gift boxes or cards. I made double-layered tags that are tied together at the top so and are stamped with a sentiment inside.
I did a tiny bit of stenciling on the tags in the background, using tone-on-tone ink and cardstock for some variety, and kept the die cuts simple and ready for mass production. On the insides of the tags, I stamped Happy Easter from the Joyful Joyful stamp set.

My second card features the new He Is Risen word die and shadow. For this card, I did a lot of ink blending. I started with a Sugar Cube card base. I masked off the sun with the Masking Stencil – Circle and blended Lemon Meringue ink inside the circle. Next, I covered the sun with the coordinating circle stencil and blended the sky using Candy Corn, Lemon Meringue, Cookie Monster, Blue Raspberry, and a tiny bit of Poblano Pepper ink. Keeping the sun covered I layered the sky with the Here Comes the Sun stencil and used a foam blender to dab on Sugar Cube ink through the stencil. I used multiple layers of Sugar Cube for more coverage and then blended out the ink to the edges.
I die cut the Third Day Border from Oreo cardstock and popped it up on foam tape before layering it over the sky. I used the same colors I used for the sky blended on a piece of Sugar Cube cardstock to cut out the sentiment (blended first then die cut the sentiment). I layered this on the shadow die cut from vellum. To finish up I added a few clear Drip Drops long the left edge.

My last card is an easy foil shaker card using the new Foil It – Good Egg pack and Joyful Joyful. I started by foiling the panel with iridescent pastel foil. I then ink blended a pastel rainbow over the foiled panel. I created an easy shaker using the Frame in Frame cutting plate and foam tape. Over that I added the sentiment stamped on Confetti Cake cardstock and die cut with the matching die. I added a little bunny from Little Bits – Oh Hoppy Day with a rhinestone tail.
